There are just a fat lot o' guitars on this track, panned all over the place. It could probably use more reverb, but I hate extensive reverb. Although, listen to the beginning of Summer of '69 and it sounds like Bryan is all alone in a gigantic stadium of love. That's pretty cool. When I did add some reverb to this track it made the shaker/tambourine thing in the bridge have a bit more shimmer to it. At the end is the marimba effect from my keyboard. I wish I had a real xylophone, but made with metal not wood, and then the ringing would sound less fake. Originally this song was written about a friend of mine named Jay Denicolais who is a pretty cool guy and a good songwriter himself.
